The most satisfying moments in real estate for me are when I see smiling faces at the closing table...For buyers it means educating them, to help them come to their own opinion of value so they know they are getting a good home for the money they will spend. It’s also about helping them see the lifestyle they will have after buying the right home. It’s not just the house that matters...it’s how you live in it that makes it a home...For home sellers my concern is that they are able to move on with their lives in a timely manner. This means being truthful about the value of their home so they can make an informed decision on pricing, helping them prepare their home so it shows well and then giving them the best marketing and service possible so they can have a satisfying sale.
